Café Royal, London

The hotel opened its doors to the public in November and we continue to provide project management and close out services for the final upper floors and luxury spa. Basement to Level 5 now open. Level 6 is nearing completion for June. The top level 7 and spa to follow in July 2013.

Bioethanol Plant, Grimsby

DML has recently been appointed by the property owner, Future Fuels, to support the development of a proposed bio-refinery and technical centre at Great Coates, Grimsby. The £200m plant is being delivered in partnership with Vireol and will be the UK's third major ethanol facility with the capacity to produce some 200 million litres of bioethanol from 500,000 tonnes of mainly UK feed wheat. Commissioning is expected in 2015.

Safiro Beach Resort Project, Montenegro

The project comprises a 5 star, 204 key beach resort hotel with luxury spa and 161 fully serviced apartments at Budva on the Adriatic coast. A new hotel operator has now been secured and the scheme re-design is in progress to secure planning consent this summer. Enabling works have started and we aim to commence ground works by autumn 2013. Planned completion is scheduled for 2017.

Dyer's Buildings, London

DML is co-ordinating the re-development strategy of these Holborn buildings. Planning consent has successfully been secured as of April 2013 for change of use from existing offices to 36 luxury residential apartments. We are currently finalising Section 106 agreements.

Becket House, London

Following a full refurbishment programme led by DML and Mace, the property is now 100% re-let. It comprises 35,000sqft of office and reception facilities. Sale of the asset was completed in April 2013.

Moorgate, London

DML has been appointed to act as property managers for 67-71 Moorgate and 34 London Wall comprising 7,022sqft of retail and 9,402sqft of office accommodation. We are working closely with the landlord on feasibility strategies as part of the re-development process.
