Development Management Limited (DML) has been appointed to work closely with the landowner to submit planning applications by Q2 2025. DML’s role will include overseeing the RIBA Stage 2 planning process and collaborating with the client to design a sustainable, investor-friendly development that reflects the vision for this transformative opportunity.
