The project is situated in a prime location at the junction of Whitechapel High Street and Commercial Street in the Aldgate area of the City’s financial district. Designed by world class architects, Foster + Partners, the proposed scheme incorporates 350,000 ft² of grade A office floor space including 40,000 ft² of affordable workspace and a vibrant mix of retail and public realm at ground level that will benefit the local community. The site is conveniently located next to Aldgate East underground station with easy access to the forthcoming opening of the new Whitechapel Crossrail station.

Our role is to drive the planning process, stakeholder engagement, design development and construction. A revised planning application was submitted to the London Borough of Tower Hamlets in December 2020 and is expected to be determined during Q2 2021.
