12,000 sq ft refurbishment of 3 inter-connecting buildings on the corner of Wardour, Old Compton and Bourchier Street in Soho.
DML's ROLE
The design proposal incorporated a mixture of residential and commercial office space. Construction commenced in February 2015 and was completed soon after.
