PROJECT STORY

The scheme has reinvented a tired area of Soho into a dynamic series of spaces that incorporate the local history of the conservation area. It includes 50,000 ft² of mixed-use office, retail and boulevard theatre scheme in the most trafficked and iconic part of Soho.​

New and restored bridge links and improves the Court’s connectivity with Soho, and the iconic Raymond Revuebar signage has been reinstated with integrated pixels of colour below revealing a changing façade of light and texture.​

Planning consent was granted in December 2013, construction commenced in September 2015 and project was completed in September 2019.
