Project Story
The Stage is set where global finance and pinstripes succumb to fashionistas and edgy art. The Stage encompasses 2.3 acres and is worth more than £750 million. The Stage will be a brand new mixed-use development in Shoreditch, which is set to elevate the status of the area to that of the “uber-cool Meatpacking district in downtown New York City”.
The development will be a fusion of past and present, featuring restored 19th-century railway viaducts with rooftop gardens, plus Shakespeare’s Curtain Theatre.
DML's Role
DML is monitoring design, construction and other commercial aspects of the development on behalf of MG Properties who are a substantial investor in the scheme.
The development is currently under construction and due for completion in 2022.
