DML was engaged by the owner, Beds and Bars, to help maximize the potential of the building by making use of the upper floors which were at the time used as ancillary accommodation.

DML have engaged a full design team and have successfully secured planning consent to sensitively
extend the premises to create 8 hotel rooms. Undertaking the development work required extensive
management involvement.
