DML acted as Design and Development as well as Project Manager to coordinate the refurbishment of this Grade II* Listed building known as ‘Old London House’ on St James’s Square on behalf of Harwood.
The site was previously used as offices and a club for many years. Working with Wintersgill Architects, we re-developed the accommodation to include a luxury showroom, private residential apartments and an
office suite.
DML's Role
Our role included managing the programme of works, coordinating Party Wall works and the refurbishment and preservation of notable internal and external Listed features. The re-development was
successfully completed in time for the Rolex launch party at the Wimbledon Championships.
