PROJECT STORY
This site originally comprised of 6 buildings with 30 commercial tenants on a mixture of leases. Built on the foundations of six Victorian buildings and on a site dating back to the Middle Ages, Pinks Mews began life as 15th Century Dyers building. Over the centuries, the site has performed a number of functions, but its essence as a place that stands out from the crowd has endured.
DML's ROLE
DML identified, appointed and led the design team on behalf of the owner to secure planning consent to redevelop the site. DML also took over the day to day asset and property management of the buildings, ensuring full occupancy of the scheme was maintained whilst consent was secured to redevelop the site and then to deliver vacant possession prior to redevelopment. On securing planning consent, DML facilitated the sale and disposal.
