The project consists of 457 apartments split across 4 blocks directly adjacent to the Hayes and Hillingdon Station which is served by the new Elizabeth Line. The scheme will see a mix of Build to Rent and affordable apartments built. There are also amenity spaces both internally and externally as well as restaurants, commercial and workspaces.
DML are the Project Manager, Design Manager and Quantity Surveyor for the project and have worked on the scheme since RIBA stage 2, when the client bought the site with the benefit of an existing planning permission. DML have been working with a profession team including Collardo Collins, Whittby Wood, Horae Lea and DP9 to optimise the design and find the most efficient solution for the site via a S.73 planning amendment.
DML have lead the procurement of the demolition contractor and also the main contractor with demolition works commencing in October 2022 with completion due in Q2 2025.
