The project was the proposed redevelopment of Wedgewood Mews, 12-14 Greek Street, 111-119 Charing Cross Road and Goldbeater’s House on Manette Street in a 300,000 ft² of new-build, mixed-use development.

The redevelopment has opened up Soho and improved public access through to Charing Cross Road with the incorporation of a new public route linking Manette Street to Greek Street.

The stepped massing is sympathetic to the site environs with a proposed 12,000 ft² of planted external terraces for the benefit of occupants. The Grade II Listed building at 14 Greek Street has retained in its entirety and fully restored.

Full Planning and Listed building consents were achieved in August 2016.


DML's ROLE
 

DML was engaged as development manager and cost planner to manage the planning, design, and delivery of a prime London asset for Soho Estates Ltd.
