APEX - PLYMOUTH GROVE

DML is proud to be supporting Far East Orchard and Woh Hup in the delivery of a new Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) scheme in the heart of Manchester, following the successful acquisition of a development site in April 2025.

Located at the corner of Plymouth Grove and Dryden Street, the site has full planning consent for a 263-bed student housing scheme. DML is acting as Development Manager and Project Manager, overseeing the full delivery through to opening in 2028.

In addition to managing delivery, DML played a key role in the acquisition process, providing technical due diligence to help safeguard the client’s investment and de-risk the project from the outset.

This strategic development strengthens Far East Orchard’s UK portfolio and reflects continued demand for high-quality student accommodation in Manchester, one of the UK’s most vibrant higher education hubs.
