76 DEAN STREET

Soho

PROJECT STORY

76 Dean Street is a 12,000 ft² renovation Grade II* Listed Georgian townhouse and a newly constructed Mews building backing onto it, for use as a Private Members Club on behalf of Soho House.

In July 2009, the original Listed building burnt down and was subsequently “propped” in place. The project includes the complete restoration of the prestigious historic building and the demolition and rebuild of the Mews building.

The final design sees the two buildings conjoined by a central courtyard space. Construction commenced Aug 2013 and was completed in summer 2015.
