64 DEAN STREET

On March 15th 2019, we granted Practical Completion for 64 Dean Street in Soho, London. Having been previously used as a site office for Soho Estates construction works, the project involved the full renovation of the basement, first, second and third floors of the building including lobbies and core areas on all floors.​

The scheme provided 3 floors of high quality, open plan office space in the heart of Soho, in one of the most exciting creative working environments in London.​
