Richard Willing

Richard is a chartered development project manager with over 6 years’ experience in the construction industry having previously served as a commissioned officer in the British Army.

He joined DML from Savills in early 2020 where he project managed commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects on behalf of occupiers, owners and investors, with budgets ranging from £500k to £30m. Prior to Savills, Richard worked at Gardiner & Theobald and Arup where he was responsible for delivering high profile mixed-use schemes in the UK and overseas, a number of which included the refurbishment of Grade I and II listed buildings.

Richard recently completed an MBA at the University College of Estate Management which reflects a keen interest in the commercial aspects of property development and links with corporate strategy.

At DML, Richard is responsible for the development management of a number of key projects including a 50,000 ft² private members club in prime central London.
