Kevin has extensive development experience, having previously worked with international organisations including Tishman Speyer Properties, Markborough Properties and Rosehaugh PLC. His track record demonstrates his ability to lead the professional team on large high profile schemes and to deliver results for the client.
Kevin has led a number of major Central London projects including development of Tower Place; construction of the GLA Building; scheme approval for the 2 million sq ft commercial development at More; managing the new wing at the Grade 1 Listed Natural History Museum and the redevelopment of the Café Royal Hotel.
This is combined with a portfolio of international work such as master planning for major schemes in Libya and Nigeria; development of luxury tourism facilities in Mauritius; strategic advice on mixed-use townships in India and a major hotel development in Montenegro.
