Jamie McGovern

Jamie leads the investment management activities at DML. He manages schemes in which DML invest and identifies new development opportunities across real estate markets. Jamie also builds relationships with both debt and equity partners who co-invest with DML.

Since joining DML at the start of 2023, Jamie’s primary focus has been on DML funded residential schemes in Guildford and Bristol, where he has been working with the project teams and stakeholders to build robust and profitable development plans. Jamie has also been utilising his commercial background to run development appraisals for potential new sites across the country in the residential, build to rent, and PBSA sectors.

Prior to joining DML, Jamie trained as a quantity surveyor with Gleeds in London, and worked with Mace in New York City as the Head of Cost Management for the United States. This exposure to global markets has given him significant experience and understanding of commercial best practice in residential, office and aviation sectors.
