Glyn Raymond

Glyn is an experienced construction professional, with a wide breadth of experience across Commercial, Residential, Education, Heritage and Defence sectors. He has over 15 years’ experience working in a cost consultancy and commercial management environment and is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
 
At DML, Glyn is responsible for the management of the commercial team and is the commercial lead on notable projects such as Ilona Rose House, a 300,000 sq ft new build commercial office space in Soho.

He brings strong commercial expertise to the team and is known for his proactive approach to meeting client objectives and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from feasibility through to Practical Completion.
