Chris leads the cost and commercial management service at DML. He is a chartered quantity surveyor and has worked in the industry for 15 years. He has worked with major UK and international developers in the commercial and residential sector. Prior to joining DML, Chris has worked for AECOM and Deloitte.

Most notably Chris was part of the cost management team for the redevelopment of the former BBC Television Centre in Shepherd's Bush. The development consisted of luxury residential and CAT A commercial space as well as gym, hotel and private members club facilities. More recently, he has worked in the middle east advising clients on their procurement strategy to develop ultra luxury mansions in remote regions and was part of the setup of the development management office for a private client.

He has also lead assurance reviews on major capital projects and troubleshooting distressed projects; reporting to the C-Suite his recommendations.
