Who we are

DML Development Managers Limited is a privately owned real estate development and project management business. We operate a highly personalised and practical service for property owners, investors and lenders who trust us to enhance the value of their assets and maximise financial returns.

We have been successful in representing international and UK clients on prestigious, landmark projects designed by leading architects such as Sir Norman Foster, Sir Richard Rogers, and Sir David Chipperfield. This includes historically important buildings like the Natural History Museum and Café Royal in Central London.

Our portfolio ranges from large scale commercial developments to private, high quality residential apartments and hotels including the next generation of purpose built student accommodation.

Typically we act as Client Representative taking control from acquisition through planning, design, construction, fit-out and leasing to strategic exit.

Our directors have a long history of working together over 15 years and a dedicated team of development professionals with property, architecture and construction procurement backgrounds.

Our services

We manage risk and drive value for all our client projects whether your role is owner, occupier, developer or funder of an investment. 

We also provide discreet, real estate advice from change management through to defining proper management strategies, acquisitions and feasibility appraisals. This can include full technical due diligence to support the client's investment decisions; procurement audits to provide value for money "health checks" across the construction supply chain; and/or strategic advice to inform long term asset management or exit goals.

We also have a track record of being appointed mid-project to rescue distressed programmes and budgets. This demonstrates our ability to adopt a robust, pragmatic yet commercial approach, optimising design and maintaining development efficiency. This enables our clients to secure maximum project return.


Due to the breadth of the team’s development experience, DML is able to deliver a comprehensive and bespoke development service, delivering real estate value in all market cycles and conditions.

Depending on the amount of information available, we can structure fees on a lump sum or capped fee basis. Our track record demonstrates our ability to deliver substantial schemes in excess of £100 million.


Our “ownership mentality” plays a significant role in the execution of our work, all senior directors come from client side.
